DISCLOSURE: Charitable
organizations are required to provide a statement to donors for all
contributations in excess of $75 indicating the value of goods or services
received by the donor and acknowledging the remaining balance as a charitable
donation. Charitable donations of $250 or more may be tax deductibe if the
donor retains the statement substantiating the contribution. The Tri-County
Heritage Society acknowledges all contributions.
The Tri-County Heritage is an incorporated 501(c) 3 organization and is exempt
from registering with the PA Department of State, Bureau of Charitable
Organizations, if it receives $25,000 or less in annual contributions.
Registration is required if contributions exceed $25,000.
